More than 20 years ago, Arvine “Bud” Gibson started as a rookie technician for a general contractor, where he quickly advanced to the position of shop foreman. He took that responsibility to heart ensuring that the daily operations under his supervision were accomplished with care and accuracy. His professional demeanor, talent, and attention to detail, gained him a position with an O.E.M. company for refrigerated display door systems, where he graduated quickly to the position of Regional Field Service Manager for more than a decade.
Over the years, his skill set, passion for the industry, and desire to help other businesses grew. He knew it was time to start his own company. In 2020 he realized his goal and opened Arctic Equipment Services.
